Enigma IT solutions is a time-and-materials based contracting service.

The emphasis here is on the time part of that. Administrative tasks, including answering emails through this contact form, takes time, and my time is a valuable – and billable – resource.

Therefore, by contacting me via the email, web forms, or via social media accounts, you are specifically acknowledging that Enigma IT Solutions (and its associated entities) reserve the right to invoice you for the time taken to engross your message, research, consider, and respond, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and thorough.

In relation to a business enquiry, by agreeing to these terms, you are asserting that you are authorised to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your employer, you are actively doing so, and you are (in a personal capacity) acting as a guarantor for payment of any invoices arising from your enquiry.
